You may wonder, Why the name "Gospel Barbie"? Every little girl around the world, knows who Barbie is and strives to be like her. Well, if I can create an awareness that little girls have for Barbie in what I am trying to convey, then the name "Gospel Barbie" will have served it's purpose.

Besides my singing career, I am also a member of the South African Police Service.
I joined the police force in 1991. I was inspired by my dad, whom I idolized also being a policeman.

In my 12 years of service, I've served in different capacities. For example, crime prevention, visible policing, detective, crime stop, missing and abused children. I am currently at Communication Services at the office of Area Commissioner, Cape Town, South Africa.

My experience in dealing with abuse, and also being a victim myself from childhood, has inspired me to share with others through the work I do through song, and the work I do in my police career.

Music is such a powerful medium, therefore my decision is to use my talents to bring about healing into the hearts of others, and be inspired by God.
